About

The person you call when you're carrying too much.

I'm Natalie McDonald, founder of ShePG. For the last 20 years I've worked alongside Fortune 500 companies and emerging brands, but the work I've loved most has always been helping founders build businesses that run better.

Why I Started ShePGI didn't set out to build another consulting business. My favorite work has never been about just one discipline. It's always been about helping founders build businesses that run better. After twenty years working with Fortune 500 companies and emerging brands, I realized I kept getting pulled into the same moments: when growth created complexity and founders needed someone who could step in, figure it out, and keep things moving. That's why I started ShePG™

This is different

Not a consultant. Not an agency. Not a VA.

I'm not a consultant.

I don't hand you a report and walk away. I work inside the business with you.

I'm not an agency.

There's no team of junior staff. You get me — directly, consistently.

I'm not a VA.

I'm not here to check tasks off a list. I'm here to think alongside you and help you build something that runs better.

I'm a partner.

I show up like a member of your team — invested in the outcome, not just the hours.

What I believe

Businesses should create freedom, not constant pressure.

Good systems create room for growth.

Founders shouldn't have to carry everything alone.

Beyond the business

The older I get, the less impressed I am by hustle.I'm more interested in businesses that create freedom.Businesses that let founders take a vacation.Pick their kids up from school.Sleep through the night without wondering what fell through the cracks.Life is busy, a little loud, and exactly why I believe businesses should support the life you're building... not consume it.Outside of work, you'll usually find me chasing two toddler, wandering a rummage sale, drinking iced coffee, or spending time with my family. That's what ShePG is really about.Creating enough space for founders to enjoy what they worked so hard to build.
