You built the business. You shouldn't have to carry all of it.

Your business has grown. The decisions are bigger. The moving pieces multiply. And somehow — everything still lands on your desk.

ShePG™ works alongside founders to organize the moving pieces, solve complex business challenges, strengthen wholesale growth, and build the systems that keep businesses moving, so you can spend less time holding everything together and more time leading your business.

Sound familiar?

Your inbox never empties.

Customer questions. Retailer follow-ups. Supplier check-ins. You answer them all because if you don't... Everything stops.

Every decision waits for you.

Nothing really moves until you touch it. And somehow... there's always another decision waiting. That's exhausting.

Every big moment comes at the expense of everything else.

A retailer launch. A new product. A trade show. A production issue. Everything else gets pushed aside. Then it's over. Everything you paused is still waiting for you.

You don't need more ideas. You need more bandwidth.

The vision is clear. Finding the time and capacity to build it is.

You don't need more strategy. You need someone in your corner.

Why ShePG

This is where I step in.

You already know what needs to happen.

The challenge isn't the vision.

It's having the time, capacity, and support to make it happen.

I don't start with a template.

I start by understanding how your business actually works.

Then we figure out where I can make the biggest difference. Whether that's untangling operations, keeping projects moving, supporting a launch, improving your Faire storefront, or building systems that help your business run more smoothly.

The work changes.

The goal doesn't.

To create the structure, momentum, and support that gives you room to lead the business you've worked so hard to build.

Founder working through complexity
Natalie, founder of ShePG™

Meet Natalie

The person you call when you're carrying too much.

Over the last 20 years, I've had the opportunity to work with both Fortune 500 companies and emerging brands.

What I've learned is that growing businesses don't struggle because founders lack ideas.

They struggle because growth creates complexity. More decisions. More moving pieces. More things that only the founder can do.

That's the work I love most. Not staying in one department. Not fitting into one title. Helping founders build businesses that run better.

That's why I started ShePG. Because I kept meeting founders with incredible businesses who didn't need another consultant. They needed someone who could step in, figure things out, and help them move forward.

That's the role I love to play.

How I help

Every engagement starts with a conversation. We figure out where the weight is — and where I can take some of it.

Day-to-day operations

I step into the business and help keep things moving — so you're not the bottleneck for every decision, follow-up, and next step.

Launches

New product. New retailer. New channel. I help you plan it, coordinate it, and get through it without losing momentum everywhere else.

Faire & wholesale

Whether you're just getting started or trying to grow what you've already built, I help you get more out of the channel without it consuming all your time.

Systems & structure

When everything lives in your head, growth gets heavy. Together, we build systems that create clarity, consistency, and room to breathe.

Questions founders usually ask

Straight answers. No sales pitch.

Most founders I work with are emerging product brands who have proven there's demand for what they're building and are ready for more structure behind the scenes. Most of my clients are growing CPG and consumer product businesses juggling launches, retail growth, operations, and about a hundred other things. They're not looking for another consultant. They're looking for a partner.

Every business is different, so we don't start with a package. We start with a conversation. From there, we figure out where I can make the biggest difference. That might be ongoing operational support, a launch, improving your Faire business, building systems, or helping untangle whatever is slowing your business down.

No. Operations are often where I begin, but they're rarely where the work ends. My role is to help founders build businesses that run better. Sometimes that means launches. Sometimes systems. Sometimes Faire. Sometimes simply creating enough structure that the business stops depending on you for every decision.

Consultants usually deliver recommendations. I stay to help make them happen. I work inside your business alongside you, helping keep projects moving, solving problems, and building systems that continue working long after I'm gone.

Faire is one piece of what I do, not all of it. If you're trying to improve visibility, conversion, reorders, or overall wholesale performance, I can help with strategy, storefront optimization, audits, and ongoing support. And if Faire isn't the biggest challenge right now, we'll focus on what is.

If you're feeling like your business has grown faster than your capacity to manage it, you're probably ready. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. Sometimes the first step is simply helping you identify where the weight is.

You built the business.

Now let's make sure it can keep growing without depending on you for everything.

Let's spend 30 minutes talking about where the weight is... and where I can help lighten the load.
